Studio Flash Jinbei Pilot III 1200 Pro with focus knob

Jinbei Pilot III 1200 Pro is the flagship lamp for demanding photographers. It offers high quality workmanship, large power reserves (1200 Ws) and flash speed (up to 1 / 20000s). Its hallmark is the burner focus knob - allowing you to change the angle of light scattering. Characteristics of Jinbei Pilot III 1200 Pro allows you to use the lamp for sessions with large products or rooms, as well as anywhere where strong lighting is required.

The Pilot III 1200 Pro lamp looks like older models of the Pilot series - all housing elements are made of high quality materials. The handle with a tripod mount has the ability to be moved relative to the lamp axis, which when using large or heavier light modifiers allows you to safely change the center of gravity.

The front of the unit is traditionally finished with a Bowens S mounting bayonet. The upper part of the housing has a knob to change the position of the torch - it allows you to set three different angles of light distribution from narrow to standard to wide.

The screen with the control panel are located on the back of the lamp. The displayed menu is well known for lamps from the HD and MSN series. On the sides in the back of the lamp there are colorful LEDs visualizing the color of the group to which the lamp is subordinated.

Pilot III 1200 Pro has been equipped with two functions known from other Jinbei lamps:

Easy Cap facilitates cutting out the photographed object from the background using a mask when processing in a graphic program (for the correct implementation of the function you need at least two lamps with the Easy Cap function

and Delay allowing you to delay the flash for up to 30s from the moment of firing.

The flagship of the Jinbei brand offers high flash power of 1200Ws with smooth regulation in the range of 6 EV (1/1 - 1/32) in steps of 1/10 or 1/1. These parameters, combined with efficient charging time (0.1 - 1.5s), as well as extreme flash duration (1/3500 - 1 / 20000s) allow the use of the flash in various areas of studio photography. In addition, the maximum deviation of the flash color temperature is only 150 K, which will certainly please everyone working in post-production. 30W LED diode, responsible for lighting modeling lamps, working in three modes (proportional, independent and deactivation). The lamp's safety is ensured by an efficient fan and electronic protection against overheating.

The lamp offers the possibility of remote triggering using the built-in trigger receiver Jinbei TRS-V, TR-A9, TR-V6, TR-Q6, TR-Q7. 32 channels and 10 flash groups offer a wide range of studio flash integration options. For external wireless lamp triggering systems, a 3.5 mm synchro socket is dedicated.

Along with the lamp, the set includes a power cord and two flash bulb covers: glass (factory fitted) and plastic.
