The frame of the softbox is made entirely of metal elements. The structure's folding mechanism and the rods perfectly tighten the modifier's covering. Unlike other quick-assembly softboxes, the design of this model does not directly cover the light source.
The material is well fitted and does not wrinkle. The modifier cover is made of abrasion-resistant nylon fabric.
The inner part of the covering is covered with a silver, smooth reflective layer, which evenly reflects light towards the two diffusers and affects the natural color of the flash. The set with the softbox includes two diffusers enabling even dispersion of light.
The modifier is equipped with a clamp mount dedicated to HD-200 lamps. The softbox can be conveniently carried and stored thanks to the cover with a drawstring.
